They are easy, delicious, and I feel like I&#8217;m making good life choices for eating <a href=\"https:\/\/therecipecritic.com\/smashed-brussels-sprouts\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\">Brussels sprouts<\/a>, even if they are covered in bacon and maple syrup.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list is-style-fancy\">\n<li><strong>Cut &amp; Season Sprouts:<\/strong> Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F, then line a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.target.com\/p\/nordic-ware-naturals-baker-s-half-sheet-2-pack\/-\/A-79349479#lnk=sametab\" rel=\"nofollow\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">baking sheet<\/a> with parchment paper or aluminum foil and set aside. Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and add them to a medium bowl.
