Nothing has rolled out an update for Essential Space that brings an audio call recording feature to its smartphones.<\/p>\n
With this update, Nothing smartphone users will be able to start recording calls by long-pressing the Essential Key<\/a> or by tapping the “Start recording” option in the notification that appears during the audio call. The recording will be stored in the Essential Space after the call ends.<\/p>\n Nothing said the rollout is automatic and “no manual update required,” meaning it’s likely a server-side update.<\/p>\n However, it’s worth noting that this feature is only rolling out for three Nothing smartphones<\/a>: Nothing Phone (3)<\/a>, Nothing Phone (3a)<\/a>, and Nothing Phone (3a) Pro<\/a>. Moreover, the rollout is currently limited to eight countries<\/a>: India, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, the UK, and South Korea.
