Park City Group (PCYG) is the parent company of ReposiTrak – a B2B SaaS platform that allows food retailers, wholesalers, and suppliers to track and trace products, improve supply chain efficiencies, source new venders, and comply with FDA requirements. ReposiTrak has 25,000+ customers that pay $50-300 per month for these solutions with 98% renewal rates. The business itself does around $19 million in revenues, is almost all recurring, and produces around $6 million of cash.
