Jeff Koons has unveiled his first-ever NFT project, presented by Pace Verso, the Web3 arm of Pace Gallery, in which he will send artworks to the Moon in celebration of past and future human achievements.
Titled “Jeff Koons: Moon Phases,” this ambitious NFT project is an exploration of the imagination and technological innovation of the human race. Koons has drawn inspiration from the Moon as a symbol of curiosity and determination, will send a group of sculptures to the Moon on an Intuitive Machines lunar lander launching from Kennedy Space Center later this year.
